Great Work At A Great Price
Chris and his coworker came out and gave a very reasonable estimate to install some recessed lighting in our kitchen. They installed the lighting that day in a few hours and didn't even break up the ceiling in order to wire the lights. One contractor wanted to cut open the ceiling to wire the lights and then re-patch and paint it along with a costly estimate. Chris did the install without disrupting the ceiling and did a great job along with giving helpful suggestions on where to place the lights. I highly recommend his services for this type of work.
Great and prompt service
My home had a downstairs room without an overhead light fixture (switch controlled a wall outlet). We hired CB Electric to install a light fixture and hang a ceiling fan in a room. Chris and his team were on time, did the job professionally and did the job for much less than I had been quoted by a "chain" electrician service. I will be calling them again in the near future for another job my wife wants done.

I have hired Chris for two jobs now, and I will have to say he has the quickest response time of any contractor that I have ever hired (and I have hired a lot!). The first time I hired him to install a ceiling fan and run the electrical for a switch. I called him in the morning, and it was done by that afternoon! The second time I called him it was to install a new exhaust range hood and under-cabinet lighting in my kitchen. Again, it was done quickly and with no problems whatsoever. Everything that he has done has been flawless. I highly recommend this one!!
Excellent choice for electrical work
My recommendation - call CB Electric! I had never needed an electrician before so I didn't know what to expect. I had power coming into only half of my house. I called CB Electric after reading the 5-star reviews. Chris answered the phone. He was able to have two technicians at my house in two hours. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. They showed me what was causing the problem in the fusebox and fixed the problem the first time around. The cost was very reasonable. I'm happy I found CB Electric.
Best in town
Chris and his crew did an absolutely AWESOME job. Don't tell him, but I don't think he charged enough!!! Seriously, he is a total pro and my instincts about Chris was so high that I left them alone at my house while I went to work. You will NOT be sorry. Stop looking. He is the very best!

Super Professional
I was confused on what to do when my elevator broke, and the elevator company told me to replace my circuit breaker. I called Chris and he came out fixed what was wrong, which was wiring and instead of speading thousands of dollars I was charged a service call that saved a TON of money! Excellent service, great guy!
So Thankful for Finding Chris
I called Chris one week day morning, he answered the phone, I told him my problem, and he was out at my house that afternoon. He had to trouble shoot an electrical problem and when I saw that he had taken down the light fixture in my bathroom, I asked him if he would mind just going ahead and replacing it with a new one I had bought, and he did. I believe the price he charged me was fair and am very happy to have found him through Kudzu.com. While he was still at the house, I asked him about some new lighting in my kitchen and he gave me his ideas and an estimate right on the spot. I will soon be calling him to see when he can start!
Quick & Friendly
I called Chris for what seemed to be a problem with my fuse box (breaker to air conditioning unit keeps tripping). He was very friendly on the phone, and was able to come by my house within the next hour to check out the problem. Unfortunately for me, Chris was able to determine that the problem lies in the compressor unit. He gave me the number of a heating/air company that was able to give me an estimate the same day. I felt that Chris's charge for the house call was reasonable, and he said that should I need an electrician to come check the hook-ups once I get a new unit, he would credit me that charge. I will definitely be calling him again if I need an electrician.
Great Experience
Chris did a great job adding some fan outlets in the ceilings and a plug. Simple work but he did it for estimated price and did a little extra at no charge. Highly recommended.
Hands down the best company and best experience
After my first call with Chris, my gut instinct told me that I had the right man: Well-spoken, professional, and honest with reasonable rates. On service day, he arrived on time with an assistant just as professional. The work was done quickly, neatly and with an extreme awareness that they were guests in my home, treating it with care and cleaning up as they went. My home was built in the 40's and has a mix of old and new wiring. Chris was proficient in his knowledge, came in with reasonable expectations and several options to complete the job. The end product was completed exactly as stated and at the quoted cost. Would give 10 stars if possible. He has a life long customer. Thanks Chris!

Called after getting several estimates. Not only was his estimate lower, but it covered more! Very courteous, answered questions I had while showing me exactly what they were doing and why. Cleaned up everything afterward. Quality parts, top-notch service, great people...the type you don't have a sneaky suspicion about, but ones you feel inherently comfortable and trusting with. Will definitely call on again. Work done: replaced 100A service panel with 200A and updated breakers (Arc-fault, etc), ran electrical circuit and line outside to back yard with post and GFI, installed dedicated 20A circuit for OTR Microwave. All done in 7 hours.

Chris answered my call immediately, came to my house, and I had a quote the same day. He and an assistant finished my job in two days, returned to correct a minor glitch, and everything is just as I expected. His rate was comparable to another electrician with a similar business. Electrical work
Chris and his associates showed up on time and did an excellent job of hanging some new lights. Beyond the scope of the job, they repaired some drywall where a fixture had been moved.

Great work at a good price
Chris was good about calling me back and answering my questions. He showed up on time, and did very neat work. We had can lights installed in a kitchen, and had been told by other electricians to have someone lined up to repair the sheetrock after their work. No work was necessary after Chris-he installed the lights without tearing up the ceiling. He seemed very knowledgeable, and did the work at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Incredibly Friendly, Extremely Competent
We had Chris out to fix one of my do-it-yourself errors on a dimmer switch for a fan and light, the wiring in our house was unusual and confusing at that junction box. He installed a new and better dimmer which is now working flawlessly. While he was working, he noticed some of our outlets were loose so he took care of those as well. In addition to the dimmer, we also asked him to install a large ceiling fan on a high and angled ceiling. He tackled this easily as well and it's been working great. Chris was knowledgable, extremely friendly and very nice. I plan to use his services again on other electrical work and would highly recommend him.
